Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what happens to information you provide on this website. Banos HVAC Supply & Distributors (“we”, “us”) operates this site as a catalog and inquiry tool for our HVAC parts supply and attic insulation business in Hialeah, Florida.

The short version

This site has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no payments. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers. The only information we receive is what you type into one of our inquiry forms and choose to send us.

Information you send us

The site has four forms: the contact form, the attic insulation request, the “Request Pricing” form on a product, and the multi-product pricing request. When you submit one, we receive only the fields on that form, which may include:

• Your name, and your company name if you provide one
• Your phone number and email address
• Your preferred contact method
• Your message, and the insulation option you selected if applicable
• The products you asked about, including part numbers and quantities
• The page you submitted the form from

Please send only what is needed for us to help you. Do not include payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers or health information — we do not ask for them and have no use for them.

How we use it

We use it to answer your inquiry: to quote pricing and availability, to arrange attic insulation service, and to follow up about your request. That is all. We do not add you to a marketing list, because we do not operate one.

Your inquiry list stays in your browser

When you add products to your inquiry list, that list is saved in your own browser using local storage under the name banos_inquiry. It holds product identifiers and quantities. It is not a cookie, it is not transmitted as you browse, and we cannot see it. It reaches us only if you fill in and submit the pricing request form, and your browser clears it once that request is sent. You can clear it yourself at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Services that help us run the site

Three third parties are involved in operating this website. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the code that handles form submissions. Like any web host, its servers process the IP address and browser details that accompany every request, and it keeps short-lived server logs. We use the IP address only to limit automated abuse of the form.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email. The contents of your submission pass through their service for that purpose.
• Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We send Google nothing else, and no fonts are used for tracking.

Links to Google Maps for driving directions are ordinary links. Nothing is embedded from Google Maps on this site, and following one of those links takes you to Google under Google’s own terms.

Who sees your inquiry

Your inquiry goes to the Banos HVAC team and is used to respond to you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except the service providers listed above, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries arrive as email and remain in our business email account as part of our normal customer correspondence. We keep them as long as we need them for our records and to serve you, and remove them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can use this site without submitting anything — browsing the catalog sends us nothing. If you would like us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, contact us using the details below and we will help. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information.

Children

This is a business supply website intended for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment details through this website.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
